Cancellation Policy
*15 minute grace period for all services. If you do not arrive within the window, you will be marked as a no-show and your spot may be taken by another client on a first-come basis.
Deposits for all services are NON-REFUNDABLE. Each deposit is transferable ONE time if you need to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling of your initial appointment is accepted 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not reschedule within 24 hours, your deposit cannot be transferred to another appointment and you must pay another deposit for a future appointment. Reschedule online directly or contact the salon at 804-551-2887 to reschedule your appointments.
Complete cancellations can be made online or by contacting the salon. If you do not cancel within 24 hours and miss your appointment, you will be marked as a no-show on the day of service(s).
