If you do not arrive within the window, you will be marked as a no-show and your appointment will be canceled. Within the window, at the 10 minute mark to the 15 minute mark, a late fee of $1.00 will be added for every minute passed initial appointment time to the balance total. (e.g 10 minutes late will add $10 to total while 15 minutes late will add $15 to total. After 15 minutes all appointments will be cancelled and a new appointment must be booked online and a new deposit will be required.* Deposits for all services are NON-REFUNDABLE. Each deposit is transferable to a new date if you need to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before appointment for up to ONE month (e.g. if you book on 1/1/26, you can reschedule up until 2/1/26. If you do not reschedule within 24 hours or more than a month passes since initial booking, your deposit cannot be transferred to another appointment and you must pay another deposit for a future appointment. Reschedule online directly or contact the salon at 804-551-2887 to reschedule your appointments. Complete cancellations can be made online or by contacting the salon. If you do not cancel within 24 hours and miss your appointment, you will be marked as a no-show on the day of service(s). If you completely cancel, your deposit cannot be transferred to a new appointment.
